"Have been very impressed with the quality of work and excellent customer service this company provides. They come to mow my lawn once a week; it's the same day every week and I don't need to be here; which is a plus for me; then at the end of the month they mail me out a invoice.  I also have them fertilizer 5 times a year; they call the night before to let me know they are coming and approximately what time. They know I have dogs so if they are running late they call and let me know so I can be sure the dogs can go out before they come do the service. "We thought our solenoids needed to be replaced, and that we had several lines broken. It turns out that we just needed to have our sprinkler box plugged into the wall (as opposed to a timer that had been turned off....duh) and one of the pipes replaced. The job I thought would be $4,000 turned out to only cost us $75.00 - mostly for the service visit. AJ was professional and extremely helpful, and helped program our box for better watering. The only issue I had (and it was a very small one) was that I was given a four hour time frame, but no one confirmed that I was on the schedule after my initial appointment was set over a week before. After not hearing anything, I called to make sure I was still on the schedule - and sure enough, he showed up right after I called, as he was en route. I would only recommend a confirmation via phone or email or even text to make sure customers don't miss the appointment, as I understand missed appointments incur a fee."

"Service by Technician Kenneth Hjorth was excellent as is usual by any of the Bulwark Exterminating personnel. Kenneth arrived at the very beginning of the three hour appointment window and was prepared to work. He was polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to address any pest control issues I might have had. The treatment was done expeditiously and as an extra service he also treated the decorative stonework. A job well done."

"I've used them every 6 weeks for the last year and a half. I haven't decided if I'm gong to continue to use them. On more than one occasion, we've had to call them back because they left fertilizer all over the sidewalks and patios. They also didn't spray for the weeds. They have very responsive whenever we've had to call them back but I don't want to constantly call them back to do their job. I can't say that the lawn has improved dramatically since they have been coming."
