"I had a couch and ottoman with no very remarkable visible standout stains but it had never been cleaned before and with a move from another country to the USA where the funiture had been stored in a container for more than 6 weeks I thought it was time for a clean. There were a few spots on the couch where you could see I have spot cleaned it with fabric cleaner as there were a slight color difference. I approach Home Advisor to get in contact with companies who could clean the couch and ottoman and Sam responded immediately despite I put in the request on a Saturday Evening. Sam offered to come by Sunday and do the job, but due to my busy schedule Sunday we agreed he would come by Monday instead and walk me through how he would clean the couch/ottoman and to make a final decision on what soap to use on the fabric (Sam already had an idea from the pictures I had send). Wednesday morning Sam came at 9am and was finished at abt 1130am. The funiture has to dry overnight so only next day I was able to really evaluate the job done. The couch looked great and the color differences on the couch after my spot cleaning is no longer noticeable. However on the Ottoman some brownish stains (which was not noticeable before cleaning) had surfaced during the cleaning the cleaning process. I contacted Sam and sent him pictures of the surfaced stains and asked him to come by to correct it. He tried to schedule it in same day, but it was not possible, so he came first thing following day and redid the ottoman. He estimated it would take 30 mins but he ended up spending 1 hour and 15 mins, on the ottoman because a new big stain of perhaps spilled coffee surfaced and this one was tough to remove, but Sam kept working on it until he was satisfied and sure it would not be noticeable when drying up and this despite he was running late to his next job. This was Yesterday and now this morning after the ottoman has dried up there are no longer any stains to be seen and the ottoman looks great. I will gladly recommend Sam basis the job he has done for me. He is punctual, reliable, thorough and takes pride in what he does which is why when the job is not to your satisfaction he will redo it at no extra cost. Further I would like to add that Sam also takes the right precautions during these COVID times by wearing mask and gloves at all times and additionally Sam is also wearing shoe covers which he took on before entering the apartment which I really appreciate. Thank you Sam, for job well done !"

"We hired All Pro Carpet care to clean our carpets, one couch and area rugs. Tim came out on a Saturday and did a great job. Are carpet looks brand new! The couch is white and he got all the stains out.
