"DUCTZ responded quickly to my quote request. They asked detailed questions about my home and sent a quote. We scheduled an appointment the next week. A team of two came to my house with a giant vacuum and tons of ladders. They prepared the vents, rooms, and general area with covers for lint and debris fall. They were professional and fast. The job took about 3 or 4 hours for my 1850 sq. ft., two stories house, one unit in the attic, and tall ceilings. They brought the ladders to access the vents. They disinfected the mold in the vents - the smell lingered for a day and was gone the next day. They also cleaned up any dust and debris after the job. They wanted me that some drywall or plaster around the vents may get damaged from their brush, but I don't see anydamage after the vent covers went back on. The owner is a stand-up guy. He was quick to respond to calls, texts, or emails. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for servicing. They did a wonderful job. Thank you! 10/10"

At the time, we hadn't had much rain, so I couldn't confirm if the issue was fixed. Fast forward to the heavy storms in June and July 2025, and the problem became very clear: the gutters were never properly repaired and are now causing flooding, lower deck damage, and erosion around my home. Despite being well within the 1-year warranty, Berger Home Services is now trying to charge me a $75 fee just to inspect the issue--plus possible repair costs--for a problem they never fixed in the first place. I've filed multiple complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and still, nothing has been resolved. "
