"Our home was a victim of the Memorial Day flood. In the midst of remediation, drying out and general chaos, I was able to contact Azim with Musee, Ltd. I had tried several other shops around town but the owner's were never available, and simply offered to have the rugs picked up in a few days. <br /> I spoke to Azim Alamshemas with Musee Ltd. directly on the first call and he was able to come to our house that day to personally assess our rugs. Bear in mind these were wet messes, bundled on the patio and covered in sheet rock dust as well as Category 3 debris. Azim and his assistant spread out the rugs and inspected the damage and provided an immediate assessment of both condition, value and necessary repairs. <br /> Azim was very familiar with the insurance process and documentation necessary. He provided a written estimate on the spot including cleaning, post clean assessment, and restoration (including fringe trim and over-stitching). We signed off on the order and off they went with our rugs. <br /> We were not in a rush to take back delivery of the rugs although Azim called about 10 days later to notify that cleaning was completed and that the Aubusson was permanently damaged due to color run, apparently from furniture. The kilim rugs were in good shape although in need of some work.  A week later, Azim notified me the rugs were ready for delivery and I requested he hold them for a bit to which he said "no problem". <br /> We finally went by the shop this past Friday and Azim personally gave us a tour of our rugs that had been completely restored, including the Aubusson. Absolutely beautiful work from the cleaning to the restoration. The fringe trimming and over-stitching was perfect. Even the Aubusson was perfect except the color run (from a piece of painted furniture). They look as good as when we purchased them in 1990. Azim and crew delivered them today. Since we will store the rugs for a few months, Azim had the rugs folded and tied along with rolled pads, all number matched to corners to ensure the custom cut pads matched the rugs. Nice attention to detail. <br /> Azim is absolutely one of the most gracious, caring and conscientious people I have had to pleasure to work with. The quality of work is a reflection of his character and that of the people he employs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"I think they did a good job. They were out really quick. I thought the price was kinda high but after calling 3 other people off from Angie's List, and it was all this automated bid stuff. I thought I got my money's worth.  <br /> <br /> I had them do more stuff so it was more than the $99 for the Big Deal. He did a rug, a couch, and treated it with some custom stuff and another room. I thought it was a little high for a half a day but it is what it is.  <br /> <br /> They did everything I asked them to do."

"I was shopping around to get 2 area rugs cleaned. Upfront Home Services responded quickly and was the least expensive. I got 2 other quotes that were around $300 per rug (7x10 rug & 9x13 rug). Upfront Home Services quoted me $99 for both rugs and were able to come to my home a couple of days after my initial contact. The guy showed up on time. He spent a total of 30 minutes to clean 2 rugs. A white shag rug he spent probably 15-20 minutes on and my oriental rug he spent 10-15 minutes on. The white shag was dirty in the exposed area from being walked on. The oriental rug wasn't that dirty/noticeable, but there was a couple of small pieces of gum stuck. The guy told me about the gum and said he couldn't get it up. And he also told me that my shag rug couldn't take more chemicals because it was starting to pull up the hairs of the rug. I've had my carpet clean before from a different company and they spent a lot more time cleaning and were able to get any gum out. I didn't want to spend a ton of money on getting my white shag rug cleaned since it would be about the same price as buying a new one. So, I figure I got an fair job done for the price I paid."

"I participated in a deal (10% off thru Angie's List). Martin from Pet Pee Pee contacted me right away. He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). Martin arranged for FedX to pick up the rug the next day. The rug arrived at Martin's place a few days later and he contacted me as soon as he received and gave me updates on progress. Within a week or so I got my rug back with NO pet pee ODOR!!! I am completely amazed!! The cost is well worth it for an expensive rug that would be ruined if not for Pet Pee Pee."

"I dropped them off a little bit before Thanksgiving and they told me they would be ready on the day before Thanksgiving. I went and picked up the one and I was satisfied with the cleaning, but the other one, they held on to because they were not satisfied. They wanted to try to get more stains out of it. So, they held on to that one up until the second week of December or the third week and they did a good job on both of them. They have really good customer service. They are very professional. This is my second time using them. They cleaned the carpets in my house. When we painted and we just got through remodeling, I took my carpets there to be cleaned. They are very knowledgeable about other things other than just rug cleaning because we just remodeled and I had them clean two rugs. Then, I purchased a third rug and I thought I might have to have it hemmed or altered because of the space that I am going to put it in and they were able to recommend a company that does alterations or hems rugs which I ended up not needing, but it was nice that they knew of somebody that they could recommend. They have other contacts within the industry."

"Bagdad Rugs cleaned 3 rugs for me.  I provided my own pickup/delivery.  One was a large handmade oriental rug.  The clean version looks gorgeous!!  The other 2 are machine made runners I use in my kitchen.  The work took less than a week.  I recommend these folks. <br />"

"This was the second time to use this company and this time the owner sent has part time employee.  I was a little sceptical but this gentleman work just as hard to please me as the owner did on the carpet cleaning job that I hired him for my mother-in-laws house.  This company wants to do a good job and they do.  The spots that I thought were going to be dark turned out to be spots that were missing grout, thats on me, not the cleaning company.  After all thisis grout that has been on the floor for 15 years.  My mother-in-laws carpet, the study has been used as a cat box by their ailing cat, it stunk, down to the concrete, they cleaned, they deoderized, they clean, they deoderized. the owner spent a lot of time on the job.  He had to leave the carpet wet, he requested no one walk on the carpet until it was dry, easy to do, no one was living in the house at the time.  He and I both thought the smell might not leave and the carpet would need to be replaced.  After it dried, the carpet looked great and smelled fresh.  The house sold as is.  Great job both times. <br />"

"The service technicians were very professional.  They showed up on time we went over all the major areas of the carpet that required additional cleaning.  I have been using BMF for over 5 years and have always had excellent service and our carpets look great after each cleaning.   <br />"

"I bought a "deal" through Angie's List that stated they would clean and deodorize 4 rooms for $129.00. When I was called to schedule the service, I was given no directions on preparation of my carpet prior to the workers arriving. When they arrived, one of the cleaners asked if I had vacuumed the carpets... I said no because every other company I have hired to clean my carpets always vacuumed them first. The cleaner stated, "We prefer our customers to vacuum their carpets prior to us cleaning them. He then marked his paperwork that I hadn't vacuumed. I felt almost as if I was being "shamed". I explained that I wasn't told to vacuum nor was it on the "deal" I purchased. I then frantically got my vacuum out and attempted to clean the carpets before they started their "cleaning". I was fairly irritated by this so I will not be using this company again. I also purchase their deep clean which was an additional $30.00. I really wanted my carpets to look nice. Overall they look better than before."
