The communication was very responsive and thorough, as I had a lot of questions on the estimate, insurance options, roof materials, and the whole process. I walked around the roof after, and found the roof, flashing, and overall work to be quite impressive. Little things like covering all exposed nail heads with silicone was nice to see. Also, the work crews cleaned up my yard better than expected. "Ryan came out to do an estimate to repair our roof, which had leaks around some solar panels and skylights. He was professional and courteous. He inspected the locations of the leaks, found some seals that had broken down, and found the rest of the roof was in good condition. In his review he showed pictures of what he found. He said it would take five minutes to apply a new seal in those areas and he'd be happy to do it for free. I appreciate that he didn't try to push any services I didn't need, was friendly, and helpful. I know who I'll be reaching out to for my roofing needs going forward."
