"Initial meeting, pricing, and installation all went great. Worked with Tad to select and place landscape and lanai lighting based on what my wife and I wanted. Tad had suggestions which also were spot on. I would have rated them much higher if not for a recent support issue. Long story short, we left our lanai remote outside (under cover but we were stupid) and it got wet. We noticed that out lighting no longer changed color or adjusted. Called Tad, he said no problem, happens more than you think and he promptly brought a new remote. This didnt fix the problem. Apparently our transformer wouldn't connect to the new remote and had to be fixed. Two weeks later the issue gets resolved and we get a HEFTY service bill. Questioned Tad about the price and he basically said, it was our fault as we let the remote get wet. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How does replacing a remote control require a new transformer?? There must have been an issue as the system was only installed two months ago. I also questioned if the components were warrantied and he again referenced the remote getting wet. Sorry, but that is TERRIBLE customer service (in my opinion, a bad business model too). I can't in good conscience recommend a company that doesn't stand behind its components / work."
