He walked me through the process, told me where to find more info on youTube, how to fold the rug and pack it up for shipping (from MA to FLA). The "CleanPro" process does not use steam or big hoses for extraction. Nice and quiet process. Richard was very informative in explaining the process. He got to work right away. Worked very **** ** a couple of tough stain areas to get them to his statisfaction. He walked us through the areas upon completion and pointed out areas where shadows made it seem as if the carpet might not have been clean or where the faintest, (I could not see it), outline of a stain might remain. A very pleasant and intelligent man to talk with. Nice to have dry carpet in just a couple of hours without the residue that soapy cleaning agents can leave behind or the humidity.
