You would think that companies would offer you their premium package right from the beginning but not Daniel. Instead, he asked what I was looking for and took the time and effort to send me multiple filtering systems (including Amazon choices) to choose from. This gesture tells you that he is looking for the customer's best interest at hand which is outstanding. Once I selected my choice, he thoroughly explained the contract and servicing process as well as answered all the questions I had. No big complicated words or complex contracts to decipher but simple and easy was the way Daniel pitched it. "I have 3 Kohler Rialto one piece toilets that are very difficult to repair.  The toilet seats attachment connections are not accessible so you have to remove anchors from the top and then insert and attach new anchors.  I replaced the seats on a couple of them myself and it was an incredibly difficult process of trying to drill or break out the old anchors.  Adding the new ones seems easy.  Unfortunately if you tighten the new anchor too much it can expand and crack the toilet.  Which I did. <br /> So now I had to replace one of the toilets. <br /> I contacted Albano's and explained that I needed to have the toilet replaced in the next two days because my wife was returning from a trip and would be very unhappy that I destroyed one of our toilets while she was gone. <br /> They sent Eric out within 30 minutes with the new toilet, at less than it cost from Home Depot, and he completely removed and replaced the toilet perfectly. <br /> These are expensive toilets.  However, they told me up front what it would cost including service and they did exactly what they said for exactly the price they told me.  No shenanigans. <br /> Eric was extremely helpful and professional.  I will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing done. <br />"

"I needed two drains cleared so I went ahead and bought an Angie's List promo coupon for $99 for $200 of service and had them snake a couple drains for me and check out some other issues I was having.  The technician who came out was Joe.  He was very knowledgeable and experienced and totally fixed my problem quickly.  If I'd known the quality of service I'd get I would have called them first before attempting to snake the first drain myself (unsuccessfully, obviously). He was also very punctual which is HUGE for me because I have to drive 30 minutes to the building to meet any contractors and I don't live there so waiting around for hours is a major problem.  I'm always apprehensive about hiring contractors I haven't previously hired but these guys were fantastic.  I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues."
