We looked at pavers and looked at totally ripping out all the concrete to start over that was suggested by various landscape design companies before we found Rescrete… Armando was knowledgeable, patient, and full of options . He came up with a plan to replace the most damaged concrete, cover the entire areas with a textured finish and stain the concrete to match the pool tiles. The work was done timely, the crews were all craftsmen and easy to work with. Saving the money for such a large project made us a bit nervous, but Armando and crew did what they promised, patiently made changes and listened to our questions. Based on all the bids we got from other contractors , we found their charges to be very fair and reasonable. Actually we think we got more than we paid for! It is refreshing to partner with skilled contractors."

No reflection on Ben or his company, but us being a first- time user of a contractor's services, we were a little green about the process, the quotation and what to expect. It is often said to add 20% to the bid for unexpected costs. There were two legitimate additions that couldn't be anticipated. They were fully explained and understood. It is important for anyone doing this, to make good notes and keep in mind what the bidder is contracting to provide and what your responsibilities will be. Ben made this clear from the start-nothing hidden. Many items required us to go to the vendor, choose, and to pay directly, outside the bid parameters. These items-specifically: the vinyl flooring, the quartz counter tops and backsplash, sink, faucet and disposal being the main ones. For the most part, only the highest expense (the cabinets) was factored into the quotation. My wife and I would use Ben and Creative Remodel again and recommend him and his Studio City company without reservation"
