"Fantastic work! Initial exterior painting in 2011 was done flawlessly and still looks good except that the front of my home acquired some water damage due to improperly installed gutter. Mr. Lee was very helpful in identifying the problem. He also gave some excellent suggestions regarding water stains and pooling on my property. After getting the water problems fixed, I went ahead and had House Painting repaint the front of my house, and touch up some interior areas. The crew was fantastic for both jobs. There was a very professional foreman, Johnny, who was there every day. He went over the plans and the progress each day. For both exterior and interior, the crew was meticulous in protecting surrounding areas from dust or paint and for the clean up. These are professionals who take their time to prep surfaces properly and let them dry before painting. Could not be more pleased in all aspects of their work and will certainly call upon this company for any painting in the future."

"The house exterior was power washed, the stucco was repaired, cracks in the wood filled, peeling paint was removed and the entire exterior of the house was painted including the patio cover. When the job was completed, the painters cleaned up and left paint for touch ups. My house looks terrific. From the outside, the house looks brand new. I am very satisfied with the painting, and I would recommend Rick Jamison Painting to anyone looking for a painter."

"James painted our house about two years ago. At the time he patched and painted some beams that had dry rot. I noticed recently that they were peeling a bit. He came back and patched and painted again for no charge. Wonderful service, great prices and very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend."

"Just so happened that George was in the neighborhood doing a job, so he came by within an hour or so. George was very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and offered reasonable information. After a brief discussion of what needed to be done, I pushed to do the job asap - we are expecting rain in a day or two (even possibly that night). He made a quick call, rescheduled a prior commitment and offered to take care of the job right there and then. He then went and bought some supplies, was soon back and patched not only the concerning area, but sealed all cracks and seals around venting, skylights and drains, and even painted some rusty vent covers (all work that George recommended, but I could see needed to be done). His work was excellent, he was very thorough and at no time did I feel George was not being entirely honest with me or was not offering good information. He did mention that, as owner of the company, he is most often the person dealing with quotes and initial inspections, etc - and that his crew usually takes care of the work to follow. But, he could see that we needed help now and I certainly appreciate that was willing to jump in there and help us at such a high level."

"We hired Parks Roofing & Painting for an exterior house painting project which included painting fences in the front and back yard. My initial point of contact was George Parks who took the time to explain the painting process in sufficient detail to help satisfy my concerns. In our case one of my primary concerns was our UGLY damaged stucco areas. I crossed my fingers that perhaps someone could at least patch them up and disguise them. The stucco preparation in combination with painting was done so well you can't even tell where the previous problems were. In general their preparation work (sanding, patching etc.) contributes greatly to a positive outcome for the project. For example, the boundary color change lines between the eves and stucco are consistent and precisely defined. Our house so dramatically improved it is almost unbelievable. I would not hesitate to recommend them to other homeowners in our area."

"I've been waiting till I was ready to repaint my house. Of all the contractors including the big ones like Certapro, Paul from dream painting offered the best presentation. They presented their insurance info as well as detailed summary of the the entire job, materials and paint they using from Dunn-Edwards which was perfect as our interior paint was already finished with the same brand. Cost wise they were the best value which is important but more importantly was the quality of work, which I'm very pleased to give this glowing review and recommendation to everyone to this company. They came back to finish the job with some minor concerns I have. After the initial job, Paul came by to meet me to do the walk around the house for the final inspection and re assured me my minor concerns would be taken care of. I am extremely happy with the workmanship that was done by the Painters: John the supervisor and Jesus were just a excellent team that did the work and I'm actually happy to pay without feeling like I've been taken advantage of or the work was subpar. lastly Claire the front office was excellent in every way from customer service and scheduling the work just a great group of people behind Dream Painting! "Steve and his team are real pros. They were on time every time. They quoted the job quickly and fairly. They were able to start the following week. Everyone who came to my house was friendly. They spent a good amount of time protecting the floors and furniture. Mostly importantly, the end result was just beautiful. My house was built in the 20's so not many lines are straight or plumb which makes things a little more challenging. I highly recommend Berger Painting and will definitely hire them again next time."
