He gave me a very reasonable quote on my first call and set up a convenient time for installation..He gave me a reminder call the day before and a few minutes before arriving his staff arrived. The electricians were very professional and put down protective measures to keep the area clean, They minimized the area that had to be cut in the wall to do the wiring for the 3 new Recessed Lights and Switches. They covered the work area with plastic and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend this C.T. Smith Electrical Services, LLC for timely, quality, electrical work. "Tom was always on time for appointments, and made 4 trips to our home BEFORE we actually signed the contract!  We thought the patio design would be difficult because we only had a vague idea of what we wanted.  Somehow, Tom turned our "vague idea" into a beautiful design. <br /> The design was approriate for our home, our neighborhood, and our budget.  Tom was very clear about costs, and gave us several pricing options for each part of the design.  The patio just fits perfectly onto our home, as if it had been built at the same time. The front walkway and front step are beautiful, and perfect for our home. <br /> During the project, Tom had a few additional suggestions that increased the cost, but was very clear about the details, and we felt no pressure to include them.  But, we're glad we took his suggestions and are very happy with the results!  <br /> An added bonus: Per our request, they put the dirt in several places in our yard that needed to be built up---and graded it!  <br /> Our patio includes a roof overhang. Tom worked closely with Kiser and Sons Construction, for this part of the project. I'll do a separate review for Kiser.  The overhang is an extension of the roof, and looks like it was built with the house.  Coordination between the 2 companies was very impressive, and the project was never held up waiting for one or the other.  <br /> Tom will warn you about this, but we can add to the warning: Your yard will be a major construction site. It will be a mess. You have no idea how much equipment they use, and how much they have to dig up for a patio and/or walkway.  If the work is near the entrance to your house it will be very dirty and muddy. Your dogs will be very muddy. Not a good time to have company or any other event at your home while this is going on.  <br /> We are very happy with the work, and would definitely hire Outdoor Additions again. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"We used Aqua-Bright to refresh and modernize the lights in our Georgetown garden, roughly twenty years after it was constructed. New lighting fixtures, new transformer, and a new timing device allow us to have the lights come on at dusk, off at one am. We are extremely happy with the job done by Kevin and his crew. Imaginative tweaks to existing lighting with handsome new lights, all done by a pleasant crew. The price was less than half proposed by two other firms for the same job. Aqua-Bright had the sense not to redo what did not need to be redone."

They were in and out quickly and did a thorough job. They also "educated" me on other things to help prevent future issues. "Had an electric baseboard heater (about 11 years old) catch fire in its control housing (Kolb did not install this heater). Luckily damage was minimal, but I called Kolb to disconnect the heater's wiring and remove the heater from the wall. Electrician was out there that same day and we're very happy & relieved now that the heater has gone! I've used Kolb in the past (found them on Angie's List) to remove an old ceiling fan/install its replacement, and replace an exterior flood light fixture. They've always done a great job."

"This is the second time we've used Clarksville Construction for home repairs. Both times we worked directly with Quelvin Gonzalez who is knowledgeable, efficient, and dependable. You never have to wonder if Quelvin is going to return your phone call or respond to your email. Both projects came off without a hitch. He just takes any worry and anxiety off your shoulders from the initial call all the way through to project completion. The first time we used Clarksville Construction was the spring of this year (2021) to replace deck posts that were showing rot at ground level. It's a large deck with a heavy roof, and all five posts were replaced by a skilled crew who exceeded our expectations. Clarksville Construction just completed a second job for us. A huge piece of drywall fell off the ceiling of the garage on a 25-year-old home! Quelvin came out and noticed the builder (Patriot Homes) used nails (not screws) to "secure" the drywall to the ceiling. Quelvin orchestrated a team of two to replace the drywall that fell off and secured the rest of the ceiling drywall with screws and such. I would also like to give kudos to the team that handles phone calls. They are kind and very responsive. Don't stress. Just call Clarksville Construction."
