"Did a great job but there were communication problems regarding what was promised during initial cleaning and also regarding the return of rugs that were taken to be shampooed off site. They were about 1/2 hour late for initial cleaning. The actual crew that did the work was remarkably courteous and VERY hard working. I think the main reason the communications problems occurred was because they basically don't speak English very well (Portuguese). Except, of course, for the salesman that I originally spoke to originally. He spoke perfect English. I would recommend that you get in writing anything promised to you as an intial cleaning."
