We called them and asked them to build a custom deck.  He came out and started our deck immediately and added benches and different levels.  He took our design and added to it and made our dream deck better that we could have imagined.

The price was better than we thought it would be.

"I had MGT Enterprise to build me a 850 ft gravel driveway, installed 2 drain tiles for the water drainage, cleared off 2 acres and completely graded the land for my house to be built on, and cleared the land for my septic field. They called around and found the most reasonable prices for the job. When the owner gave me an estimate, everything was itemized just as I asked so I could understand what was being spent. MGT Enterprise was very responsive and gave me their professional opinions and described how they would perform all the work when they gave me a quote. Whenever I had questions, they immediately had answers even if I thought they were ridiculous, they never made me feel like I didnt know anything. They were very prompt with job timing and kept me informed through the whole process. They would not leave the job until I came out and they made sure I was 100% satisfied. The damaged subflooring replacement went quite well (an A Rating on this). The faucet installation was also okay, but the rest of our experience with Mr. Saunders was not very satisfactory. He frequently stopped work on our project to tend to other ones. That is not unusual up here, but I almost always had to call him before he would come back, which led to about two months of living with our furniture displaced. Another problem was that his assistant cracked the new light covering. Mr. Saunders did offer to replace it, but by that time there had been so many delays, I told him not to bother since it was not all that noticeable.



Mr. Saunders also lost professionalism points with me because he constantly complained about things, such as the amount of dust he found under the old carpeting and the number of staples used in the subflooring of our manufactured home.  Then after telling us we had to be extra careful about cleaning up the dust or the vinyl would not lay properly, he and his assistant did not remove the staples and did a sloppy job of leveling the subflooring before laying down the vinyl. Again, as with the light cover, I just decided to give up and get him out of our home.

Florida we researched contractors as well as through friends in our new
community. I was not prepared for the casual attitude of many of the workmen I
spoke with. Out of all of them, there was only one who showed up and did the
work as promised, Mr. Wade Morris. Despite having to drive and extraordinarily
long way to our home, Wade arrived every morning at 8:30 until the job was
done. I had to return to Florida but I left Wade a key to finish up. When I got
back to NC I was pleased to find the house clean and the work done to a high
standard of professionalism. Little extras, like painting the bedroom
baseboards (which was not part of our agreement) made me appreciate Wade and
Gaye all the more.
