"I had to review this company a 2nd time just to give credit to both guys that came out to help. I just bought a house and unfortunately for me the plumbing problems were worse than anticipated. KJ was the first to come out and did a great job for his part. Very professional, very polite, was even kind enough to have consideration for my child being asleep in the next room. Couldn't have asked for a better tech. Had a such a great experience that when a separate issue arose I called them back. Jesse was the 2nd tech. That man is very thorough and determined. He pinned down the root of the problem, explaining every step of the process. No one is happy spending a lot of money on plumbing but he saw to it that I got the best price, there was financing available so that was very helpful. And he stayed until the job was finished. A total of 6 hours, long into the night after sun had set still toiling away in the backyard so I wouldn't be stuck with no toilet. What a class act. Even put booties on his feet to protect my carpet. Truly above and beyond service. Thank you to this whole company for making a lousy thing like busted plumbing into a pleasant interaction with their great crew! Y'all are truly Rockstars."

"The $7,000 project ended up costing us $123,000 because they dry-cut through the slab in our family room releasing asbestos dust throughout the entire house causing us to have to live in a Hampton Inn for 43 days. They cut the slab without supporting it and it collapsed enough to cause our brick fireplace face to have several cracks in it. With all the repairs we had to have done, the asbestos abatement project and replacing all our clothing, betting and some furniture, and with the amount our insurance company shorted us, we lost $43,000 of our retirement savings. Avoid this contractor like the plague!"

We agreed on a date and time for them to come to my house and they were there exactly when they said they would be. Mikhail was very polite and professional and didn't try and "upsell" me anything. He kept the area that he was working in clean and when he left you wouldn't have known he was ever there except for the leak problem had been fixed. He completed the work very timely. "Fraud warning. We are from MA and have a house in Knox 4 years. We used One Service pros but these guys bought their lists. All-Star did some AC work there so when tenant called water heater blew we called Thur 7/31. We waited till Mon as we them. we arrived to find James Hill(tech) & helper there. First words were " you are not going to be happy He said in addition to heater we had 5 leaks in water main to house (300 ft) He showed meter running even though he had helper "close valve" in house. new heater was 5k+ water main 12k+. W later when WE closed valve no water ran. KUB said use rose only days heater broken. Tues we cancelled but they tried to chg 10% fee. We mentioned lawyer so Tony (owner) met us and later said there were firings."
