"Perfect. They did a great job. My hedges and trees definitely needed attention; everything was overgrown. They trimmed - some significant, some minor - every living green thing in my yard and cleaned up afterwards. They also did a few things (like fixed my fence) that was not part of the original estimate and at no extra cost. Great crew, very nice, very respectful. Fast, thorough work."

"BID- Process was great.  Very thorough; included a Sales Rep (Ron) who is also a certified Arborist.  He arrived on-time, spent quality time walking through the yard answering questions and giving advice (we drilled him) on not just cut, but function.  Ron knows his trees.  The estimate included him tagging the trees, pictures, a detailed description of the work, and a typed estimate.  We got two other bids; and they were all in the same ball-park for costs.   I read some of the older reviews which included some negativity, and decided to go with these folks anyways based on the preparation, success a neighbor had just had with them, and their clear desire to make me happy (e.g. they don't change you until you confirm you are 100% satisfied with the work).

EXECUTION-  The team showed up on time on the date committed.  They were nice, fast, clean, and good.  Although I would have preferred trunk removal/ stump grinding be done the same day in my case, they were done in a second stage a week later, and also done quick and cleanly

I would definitely recommend this company; and hire them again myself!

"We highly recommend Scott Sinclair and Tree Harmony. We have a yard the homeowner had not been able to maintain for a long time. The homeowner is a friend and we are renting the home and want to take care of it. Scott and his crew from Timber Brothers Tree Care cleaned out the Kiwi vines from two Kiwi trees that years of unbridled growth had grown into and were overtaking and strangling the neighbors 40’ Douglas Fir tree. In addition, they cleaned out and trimmed and shaped the other trees and bushes in the yard also way overgrown. Great job. They knew what they were doing. Very professional. Responded to emails, phone calls, and text messages promptly. And, in general, just good people, wanting to do the job right. I can’t ask for anything more than that. We will continue to hire them for future work. Also… they brought us a huge pile of arborist tree chips mulch we will spread around the bushes, trees, and plants in the yard."

"I appreciate that Paul met with me very soon after I contacted him. He obviously is a very experienced arborist and gave me insight into the other trees on my property, besides the douglas fir. A previous company had said that I didn't need to remove it, but this gentleman was not an arborist and he quoted me $900 to do windsail reduction and also said it would cost thousands and thousands to take the tree out. Paul's crew were very effective and in no time at all the tree was down, chipped up, they cleaned up well and were on their way for a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend them for their knowledge, expertise, and reasonable price.

"A crew of 4 arrived early! (I was impressed) and asked me to walk the property to detail the work I wanted done. They were very respectful of me and my property. I told them my highest priority was cleaning my roofs. Half the crew began on the roofs, half on the hedge. The hedge looks fantastic! It is precisely trimmed and the 6 foot height I requested. They cleaned up all the trimmings and hauled them to a yard waste disposal site. The roof and gutters were very clean, but moss remained. Because I still had almost 2 hours left of my purchased time, I asked the guys to split fir rounds. They did a great job and stacked the splits. When Mike arrived to check on progress, he told me I'd need to get some moss removal canisters and have one of his workers who lives closer to me come back to spread moss kill on the roofs and sprinkle it with water. I wish Mike had informed me that I needed to have moss kill available for them when they arrived on my scheduled day. I purchased 18 pounds the next day and called MIke to tell him I had the product he suggested. A week later Mike himself came out to sprinkle the product on my mossy sections. He used all of the product and suggested that rain could be the moisture to activate the product. The weather has not cooperated. I still have powdery product visible all over my roof and no rain predicted for the next 2 weeks. Although I appreciated the quality of work done on my hedge and wood splitting, I was not pleased with the communication about moss removal on my roofs. Mike's company is based quite a distance from me and travel time to my home was an issue for him. Because of the distance and the moss issue, I probably will not use this company again.

"Called for an estimate and they came two days later as planned.  George was very personable and polite.  I made an appointment that day and they came back while I was at work and removed the tree that I wanted taken out and ground four additional stumps.  The cleaned up beautifully.  I would hire them again.
