"I had 5 rugs cleaned (3 silk, 1 Afghan wool, and 1 Kyrgyz felt), and the team did an absolutely incredible job. I couldn’t be happier. They are true experts in their craft — professional, friendly, reliable, and very responsive. Easily the best rug cleaners in Miami. Before finding them, I used another company that nearly ruined one of my silk rugs, so discovering this team has been a game-changer. I recently moved from NYC and was searching for trusted rug cleaners, and I’m so glad I found them. They made the entire process easy: picked up the rugs from my home, gave me an estimate over the phone, and dropped them back off once they were finished. One of my wool rugs had been in storage and showed signs of moth damage. They handled it with such care and restored it beautifully. If you’re looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and skilled rug cleaners, I highly recommend this company!"

"Liran was very professional at all times. Rugs and carpet look like new. Very nice job and would use again."

"Perfect! Very easy to work with and did an excellent job in cleaning the carpets."

"Absolutely thrilled with the cleaning of my Oriental rug! The colors are just as vibrant as when I first purchased. (I had forgotten the fringe and lightest color was actually a very light cream until it was cleaned.) It is soft to walk on and there is no odor whatsoever. I will definitely use Best Look Carpet to clean more rugs."

"Chris described his products, which are eco-friendly. When he arrived, he was pleasant and efficient. The orange based cleaner smells fresh and the steam was clearly visible from the machine wand as he went over the carpet. I felt confident that the heat of the steam treatment was what we needed. I scheduled him to come back on a regular basis. He hooked up a water line to our sink and the collection tank for the dirty water was in his van, which he was able to park right outside our warehouse door."

"Very satisfied - Henry is prompt, professional, and he definitely delivers! I had two arm chairs (microfiber) that I was considering getting rid of. Henry steam cleaned them and they look as good as new! Highly recommended!"

"they worked great, fast and very clean"
