When I had previously turned it on I heard a buzzing sound so I was concerned that it may be a fire hazard. The job was done efficiently and neatly. "Mr. Sparky Tech Joe arrived promptly and exactly when they said he would (yes this is true). Mr. Sparky gave me a 3 hr window of time, then they called me, to tell me that the technician will be arriving within the hour. They also gave me the name of the technician who was to show up at my door. <br /> When Joe arrived (on time) at my door, he had placed a Mr. Sparky mat down and was placing disposable booties on his feet before he even walked into my house. He introduced himself and asked some follow up questions to our problem. We had blown a fuse in our bedroom that had also made several other lights/outlets non-functional. I showed Joe the issue and he started to diagnose the problem. <br /> After Joe was able to figure out the original problem and fix it, I asked about providing some other electrical needs. Joe was able to install a Motion Sensor Light outside our house, he upgraded all of our electrical outlets in our Kitchen to be up to "Code". He was able to fix a light switch for us that has existed, but was never hooked up to anything. He was also able to fix a light in our garage. He had to access our attic, go into multiple rooms to figure out the original issue. <br /> Joe completed a visual inspection of our house as well as a visual inspection of our electrical box to make sure there were no other issues waiting to happen. <br /> Joe was able to complete everything in a timely manner; with two 2 yo's running around him; not an easy feat. Joe had everything on the truck and never said no to anything I requested. All of the work he did has a 2 year warranty. <br /> I highly recommend Mr. Sparky Electric to anyone in the area that needs an electrician. The exceptional service they provide can't be beat! <br />"
