My experience with Bill was a very professional and pleasant one right from my first inquiry. I recently painted and purchased some additions for my bedroom with the intention of possibly purchasing new carpeting!  I needed some guidance and a professional opinion since I was over budget and was considering keeping my cost down by having the carpeting cleaned instead. "Brilliant. Everything about working with Sparrow and Celso was top class. Their estimate was lower than the competitor, they came within a few days, and cleaned two upholstered chairs very well. Celso was very polite and explained how the whole process works and the likelihood of getting the stains out. They worked for a while on the chairs and did a great job. Took the carpet away and delivered it back after 10 days. The office was great in communicating, the guys who came back with the carpet were very polite, helped me lay it back, moved some furniture. I am really happy i found these guys on Angie's list and with their service. This is how it is supposed to work!!"
