He was also a very good listener, and when I thought I had found the perfect shower floor tile, he found something that suited my vision for the space better. "Integrity is key in running a successful business and unfortunately this company lacks this important component. No one should have to beg someone especially the owner to keep his word and do the work we agreed upon. He refuse to finish the bathroom back splash which I've requested him to finish on more than 3 occasions. I gave the owner the exact paint codes for the work required from the paint company ppg. He went the cheap route and choose a totally different paint from the house original design. I told him to come over and look at the work performed and asked him a simple question. Would you want your house looking like this and he shook his head no. I had to give him the paint I personally had for my touch ups for him to get the color right. Which is the same paint codes I gave him before he even started the job. When I told him I want it done correctly and repainted he didn't seem pleased about my request. I'm not sure how he's been in business this long when he can't communicate properly and follow simple instructions. The insurance company requested a secondary supplemental report for the work and he has yet to send over the information needed. This has been almost a 2 month nightmare and I'm now forced to look for another company to finish my home. Please do your homework before hiring this company to do anything to your home!!!"
