"Two electricians ( Chad and Jason) came to do the work . They were very punctual and professional. They answered my questions and cleaned up everything. Work was completed quicker than I had anticipated. Everything works great. I was very pleased with the work they did. On a side note Chad noticed I had some Termite damage under my house which I am grateful for because I would not have noticed it until it was major damage. I immediately called a local pest control company and they verified there was active termites. So I contracted them to take care of the problem. "I have a 60 year old house. The past few weeks I had issues with lights all through the house flickering, gradually worsening to the point of flickering continuously. Concerned about the likelihood of old wiring going bad and needing some major work, I messaged them through Angie's List at 1030pm, assuming (hoping) they would contact me some time the next day. Within a few minutes I received a text saying he could try and come out tomorrow afternoon, but it sounded as if I should call the power company first to check wiring coming to the house, then if there was nothing the power company found wrong he would check it out. NES came to the house, identified the problem, and fixed it. Even though Barnes Electric never came to my house, he provided free, honest advice (which was correct) and indirectly helped fix my electrical problem. It would have been so easy, and not surprising, for any other company to have come to my house and charged a service call visit to do the exact same thing this company did through text messages at 1030 at night. They have completely earned my respect and I will definitely use them for any future needs I have and recommend them to others."

"I haven't got my gift card yet. I haven't completely set up the system yet. My wife and I had to go out of town and I had it set up for the most vulnerable places.  <br /> <br /> I thought the gift card was supposed to be here within 30 days. The house was flooded in Aug. I didn't realize I couldn't set it up, the first part of the house we did after the flood was the den. But we bought a lot of our stuff and kept it in the den because we could only get a small storage bin. 20000 people looking for storage space, there weren't any left. Most of the stuff I have was stored in the den and it has 8 windows, so the windows where the system was going was in the den.  <br /> <br /> Now the motion detector and security system has been set up except for a few window magnets. The alarm is working fine and working correctly.  <br /> <br /> Any problem I had I called customer support and they walked me thru the steps. It was a great price for a home security system. Then for $37 a month, you spend that much on beer for a weekend. I have nothing to complain about so far. It appears to be top notch. The software updated as soon as I turned it on. It was pretty easy and I think anybody would be able to set it up. I activated it and the tech support was great. They were very polite and cordial on the phone.  <br /> <br /> Very professional. It's a fair price for a fair deal. As far as I am concerned it is a great product and the tech support was great. There isn't any place else you can get this good of a security system for this price.  <br /> <br />"

"Chris Gregg performed the work, and he worked expeditiously and professionally. The new transmitter in the fan doesn't work yet, but it's probably because we have the wrong control box (my error). The pole light works very well. The doorbell cameras are a problem - the backdoor works fine, the front door not yet. We think it's a problem with the voltage from the transformer, and Chris has committed to figuring out the wiring and return to complete that job. The doorbell itself works fine, but the camera is yet to function. Chris was very helpful in explaining the issue to me."

"When I first moved into my house, the grass did not look very good, even though it was new sod. As it was Fall, I was hoping the upcoming Spring would help the yard to fill in and be the type of full, lush grass that is expected from new sod. It was at this time that I decided to look for the help of a lawn fertilizing / lawn weed killing company. After shopping prices, I decided to go with TruGreen. I have been very happy with their service, as the grass is now full and without weeds. A small spot is still present in my yard, but this is largely due to the fact the the Summer season ended before the grass went dormant. Without the assistance of TruGreen's lawn service, I would not have the full yard of grass that is current present. I have already agreed to a second year of service, as I have been so pleased with the way my yard looks (even when the grass is dormant). <br /> <br /> On occasion, I will see the service truck or TruGreen employee in my yard, but most of the time, the service has been completed without even seeing anyone. A simple door hanger lets me know they have serviced my yard and what was applied. <br /> <br /> Overall, I have been please with the service received."
