"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Jake did a great job on our property . We needed our yard graded and some soil added for our new lawn makeover . He helped us out with getting the right amount of dirt we needed for our project he even pointed out some drainage issues we were going to have that were unforeseen before hand so he came up with a plan to install some drainage pipe to keep water away from our house and damaging our foundation . The install went flawless . And our yard is now enjoyable . His attention to detail and hard work is appreciated in a time where many are dishonest .
