"Extremely well. Come to find out that #1 and #2 were both on the same GFCI circuit and I didn't know how to reset it. #3 was due to a damaged sensor plate. The light now works when it's turned on using its light switch, but the automatic sensor portion must be replaced which is a simple fix. The gentlemen were great and went out of their way to address all my concerns as a first time homeowner. My only gripe - good luck in calling and expecting a timely response. I purposely called the vendor before I purchased the service to ensure that they serviced my area. I called 3x and left messages and hadn't heard back from anyone. I was in the process of getting another vendor when Transform finally called back. Our discussion went well and I decided to go ahead and purchase the deal. However no one ever got back to me to confirm my requested appointment. I again had to call them a few times and didn't hear back. I finally emailed them to tell them if they couldn't honor the appointment then please let me know so I could use another company. I finally got a prompt reply. I told the gentlemen about the annoyance and asked what had happened. They apologized and admitted that they were pretty busy and weren't able to get back to customers as they should have - this is totally understandable. Otherwise Transform did fantastic work. Would I use them again? I'll answer this way - if I call them and have to leave a message and no one gets back to me by the next business day (either phone or email), then no."

"Tony quickly evaluated that the existing fan & overhead light fixture in the kitchen could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. He removed the broken fixture and secured the live electrical wires until the new fixture could be installed. The ceiling was stained and dirty with some cracks and he arranged for a painter to come do minor plastering and repaint the ceiling. At my request, he selected, purchased and installed the new fixture. Tony completed the actual hands on electrical work within about an hour & the entire job (electrical work, painting, shopping/purchase and installation of new fixture) was completed in less than 2 days. I recommend Tony and his work highly--he is efficient, professional, responsive, friendly and expert."
