"Simply put, Bill builds from the heart. We had a major renovation that entailed reconfiguring the entire 2nd floor with the addition of a bed and bathroom. We also had our 1st floor reconfigured with a wall removal and a master ensuite established. With a project of this size there are challenges and Bill and his team worked as professionals through each one. The quality of build that Bill and his team establishes is top notched and stands with the best in the business, We did have some hurdles with finishing details, however, with continued communication with Bill and some realignment, the project came out better than our expectations. "My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."
