"We needed to change all (18-20) window screens of our 4-bed room SF home. Rolando did a fine job with these replacements. One of the glass windows accidentally got cracked during manipulation (stuff happens!) but, more importantly, he ensured that the new glass window was the same design and was reasonably priced (we split the cost). The 1st window maker he contracted this work out to delivered a window with the wrong design, so Rolando on his own accord identified another maker and got the correct design made. We appreciate that Rolando persevered until he had the original design in hand. We have no reservations in recommending him for any window/screen work."

"Monica, Cyle and their team did an outstanding job cleaning my daughter’s and her roommates college apartment. The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and sun room. The entire home was deeply cleaned including every nook and cranny. The kitchen drawers were cleaned inside, bathrooms steamed and appliances left in shining conditions. "Ten stars for Clean Break ! Angelica and Luce were impressive in every way. No corner of my place was left untouched by their professional and efficient cleaning. From the two bathrooms, to the bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen (leaving my four-year old coffee pot and my stove looking brand new) the results were beyond what i expected. I have to make note that I have many very large mirrors all over and not only did they do all of the windows (insides) but they also made every mirror spotless, which is a miracle I have never achieved. (I meant to ask them how they do that, but next time I will ... ) I have already recommended them to several people and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for great service at a great price. ALSOL: other cleaning places I contacted were VERY, VERY pushy and annoying once I made contact with them, while Clean Break was very laid-back while still keeping in touch with me.
