When we had some issues with the older less reliable lighting programing software, Drew upgraded us at the cost of the new hardware and did not charge us a cent for the labor involved. The new Lutron system has been exceptional and it is helping us both, Envision and my budget, save money since it is rock solid. "Tyler and his team were wonderful. He came out and gave me an estimate, showing up as planned. Then he and his team returned as scheduled. The problem causing my patio to sink turned out to be minor, and Tyler didn't try to game me with a big, unnecessary repair. They fixed the problem, relaid the brick, and now my patio looks beautiful!"
