"Hire Dwight and was pleased with all of his services. From the time he called he came as scheduled and followed up immediately with a quote. He kept in constant contact throughout the process. He had two helpers come with him and they knocked out the trim in my basement. He also had to shave to the doors from rubbing on the floor. They did a great job and gave input on how to do closets in another area. He talked to me about other projects we would have to be doing in the future. "Mark provided a detailed quote of the work on the same day by email.  Detail included road base, drainage line from house downspout, rebar, and all other work needed.  His bid was about $700 higher than another bid I received but because his detailed quote provided all the info the other quote did not have, I went with Mark.  The other contractor simply said $xxx and "I can just pour concrete on the grass" and nothing about road base or rebar.  Mark's quote was professional as was his appearance and work ethic.  I later decided to increase the width of the driveway and Mark could've been more responsive in getting back to me.  He did contact me prior to the scheduled date and told me the increase in size is no problem.  The work took 2 and half days and looks great.  I would have Spade Concrete do any future work I need as a sole source.  No need to get competitive bids. <br />"
