He went under there and attached the new beams to the old beams and the floor is as good as new! "They were very, very nice, very cordial, very professional, and was here when he told us that he was going to be here, although since then his workers left a hole on the bottom end of the breaker panel that we had replaced. I had him come back out and he did come back out and looked at that. He said that he could easily get a piece of wood and bring it back out and frame that. That was one of the things that we wanted to cover up. He said he could do that for us and get a piece of wood and do that. I called him twice, but I haven't gotten a return answer from him. I don't if he's going to come back and do that or not. It's an opening the whole width of the breaker panel. When they put the breaker panel on, we had a hole at the top and they covered the top hole up wonderfully, but the breaker panel was not long enough to cover it up on the bottom so we still have that opening, the whole width of the breaker panel on the bottom. Because we are thinking of selling our house and we'll have an electrical inspection come in, they are going to look at that and ask what's wrong with it. That is one of the things that we are particularly interested in making sure too that was covered up. He hasn't answered my call and I just gave him a call a couple of days ago. I don't know if he's coming back or not. He has always been so cordial and always seems like he's interested in helping out, but we'll see. I don't want to say that he's not going to do that because I know he gets really, really busy as they all do. I want to give him the benefit of the doubt that he's still going to come back and do that. I may go ahead and call him again. Other than that, I like what he has done. I like the workmanship that the workers had out here, and he is a very, very nice person. Other than that, I really don't consider the work totally done yet. I know it's not going to be a hard thing to do, and he didn't think it would be a hard thing to do, and he thought he would be able to find a piece of wood easily, but it's just not finished work yet in my eyes."

I called ACAC and within 24 hours had a quote. Better yet, within the week the job was done. My trees look awesome. There is a huge oak tree in my front yard that was very 'shaggy' and they cleaned it up beautifully along with several other oaks on the property. I had to remove a massive Crepe Myrtle from my back yard that was negatively impacting the pool and that was done quickly and efficiently. The cleanup crew was awesome! My yard was left cleaner than before the trees were trimmed...awesome! I found a few small branch pieces in my ornamental grasses here & there in the back yard but that was it (and those were hidden; I only found them as I was trimming my grasses from the freeze). I highly recommend Jon and his team. They are really good at what they do and I would definitely hire them again."
