"We had JC Masonry replace our fireplace. Cathi was great at responding promply. Joey was meticulous about his work, and did a great job! Working with them was like working with family. I wish I could attach pictures, because the end result was unbelieveable! I would definitely recommend them! In fact, I plan on using them again this summer to replace several retaining walls. Just good people!"

"We hired Randall after checking reviews on Angie's List, Nextdoor and checking the BBB. There was nothing but praise for the work he had done for people. We came to an agreement on price and the work started fine. After a short time he started showing up less and less and the project drug out. We kept giving draws every time he asked for money until most of the work was paid for, though not complete. On July 27th Randall asked for another $1000, thank goodness it took a little while for my wife to get a break so she could write a check, when she took it down to him all of his tools, etc., were gone. He left the job unfinished (about 75% complete) and when we gave him notice of abandonment he replied by email to sue him but we wouldn't get much from a defunct company with no assets. The stucco was not finished, the door that was installed was not sealed around frame (open to the elements), electrical unfinished, water faucet not installed, screen pool cage frame and screen not replaced, holes in wall not repaired, balcony rail not complete, balusters not compliant or grouted, gutter not reattached, lights in pantry and under balcony not installed, trim around kitchen window not installed, French door hanging loose, hinge screws not tightened, and none of the painting has been completed. Then there is the damage to other items from not protecting them while work was performed such as stucco globs all over the poos deck, the pool deck drain is blocked by stucco and or concrete, pavers brick missing (don't know where that went, it was there when work started), stucco and grout left in the yard what was St. Augustine. I am sure there are things I missed, but this shows Mr. Anderson is not of the same character as he was at some point in the past."

"PRC did an excellent job of installing a new asphalt shingle roof on our home. Our home's roof is unusual with many different angles, pitches and levels. Since we moved into this home 20 years ago we have continually had problems with the roof leaking. We have had the roof completely replaced at least 4 times. PRC is the only company of the 4 that actually created a roof that does not leak. Every other company seemed baffled by the roof's construction, as none were able to stop the leaking, and just gave up (after we had paid them in full). PRC was dedicated to getting our roof water tight and they did. PRC also helped us with restuccoing of exterior walls of the home and rebuilding an exterior balcony which had suffered water damage. Every person I worked with at PRC was professional, courteous and committed to making sure the job was done right, in a timely fashion and that we were happy with the result. I would (and do) recommend PRC to anyone needing a new roof, or having exterior work of any kind done on their home."

"They talk a big talk and pretend like they know what they are doing, but you're better off going with a one-man operation. These guys did an okay job with some of the things I hired them to do but left me in a huge bind one day before putting my grandmother's house on the market. Furniture was damaged, lots of small jobs left undone with no explanation or effort to finish the job. Go with literally anyone else - Nick Bohr of Bohr Home Improvement came through at the last minute to fix their work. But, honestly, you would be better off going with a Craigslist provider, doing it yourself, or asking the guy behind the 7-11 to do it for you. He's probably more honest."

"I’m so glad I found All Things Landscape! I worked one on one with Michael to formalize a plan based on my lawnscaping needs. The whole process was seamless from the very beginning to the end! Michael is very professional and responsive. Him and his colleagues also did a great job with my lawn. Their work was very neat and precise, and I am very happy with the job done. I will definitely be incorporating their services on a monthly basis and I’m very content in my decision to go with All Things Landscape. I highly recommend them!"

FAQs for concrete flatwork repair & resurface projects in Orlando, FL

When evaluating whether patching can address your concrete blemishes, it’s important to assess the extent of the damage. Minor issues such as small cracks or chipped areas may be effectively repaired with patching techniques that restore the surface’s appearance. However, if you notice widespread deterioration, significant cracks, or structural weakening, resurfacing is recommended as a more durable, long‑term solution. A thorough evaluation by a concrete specialist can help determine the best course of action for restoring your concrete to its optimal condition.

The optimal time to resurface your concrete driveway is late spring. This period benefits from warm temperatures and softened ground conditions following winter’s freeze‑thaw cycles, ensuring that the new overlay bonds securely and matures to a durable finish. Resurfacing at this time also enhances your property's safety and curb appeal. Engage a concrete professional to schedule your project during this ideal season.
