"Artur was great! Not only was he professional but his prices were far below other quotes we received. Artur also fixed the leak the same day he came out to give the quote. He didn’t have all the parts but quickly went to Home Depot. In addition, we asked Artur about a small leak coming from our bathroom toilet and he repaired it no charge. Will definitely hire again. He also offered us a first time customer discount and warranty on the repair."

I had a water heater that needed to be replaced and received quotes 2x-3x higher than what Gold Medal quoted me. The person who answered the phone was super helpful (she looked online with me to pick a good replacement water heater) and the guys came out the next business day to install it. Everything was great - they did an extra thing or two at no cost and they honored their original quote.
