"I have this company done a front yard pavement with a small step at the entrance. The job was done right and they look very nice, but I had made a verbal agreement with this lady and is in writing. I will trash out the wood and she will deduct $300 from the final job. I pay her the amount determined but the discount was never executed, after I clean all the woods and rented a truck.
