Terrance came in with the lowest bid by far, which initially concerned me, but he did a great job on my driveway extension, which also included tearing out and replacing a portion of the existing driveway. He was courteous, professional, and flexible with my scheduling needs, and my wife was complimentary about his crew, which was a bonus. We have had work crews at times in the past who were loud or who used "colorful" language, but she said that they were cheerful and respectful, and not disruptive. "We had 2 jobs done. (two different contracts.) The first job was removing an old concrete pad, hauling off the old material and then framing and pouring a new pad. Looks great!!! The second was a concrete landscape paver retaining wall, and again they came as expected, did the work, behaved appropriately while on the job and left the place in perfect shape. They even relocated our mail box, so it would not be on the edge of the new driveway and helped cut the bottom of our wooden fences so it can open and close over the new concrete.
