"The pro has been servicing our Mclean property quite well for a couple of years. Our lawn looks good and we are satisfied with the service. The customer service is sometimes underwhelming but it gets the job done at a reasonable cost which is really becoming harder by the day to get."

"The service itself was average. However, it required extensive maintenance on my part, because after the treatment I had to water the entire lawn for the next several days. My lawn is 6/10 of an acre. I could not possibly meet the requirements for watering. This was not explained when I agreed to the contract. I was informed after the treatments by their technician. As a result I was denied much of the benefits of their services, an enormous waste of money. The actual price for the service still is unclear to me although I have asked numerous questions about how it was determined. The answers are circular and cost was based on phone conversations as well as email messages. The email shows a total of about $1,400-1,500, with a discount of some $351, making the cost around $1,050. I made 9 payments of $133, total of around $1,000-1,100. After I informed them that I was not renewing, I suddenly owed them the ?balance ? of the contract, $398. I?m paying it but am very disappointed."

"I agreed to replace 2 METAL sprinkler heads. I was billed for 3 PLASTIC heads. I contacted Pacific Lawn several times to correct the invoice and they insisted that I received 3 METAL heads whereas the invoice billed me for 3 PLASTIC. heads. I was not satisfied with their handling of the whole process."

"Kevin Tode, the arborist, was very professional and easy to work with. Crew showed up on time, were also professional and cleaned up the yard better than when they showed up in the morning. They did a wonderful job on pruning my trees. They look so healthy now."

"I signed a $3,500 annual contract with SavATree in Lincoln to keep my lawn healthy and rich. They did the exact opposite. My lawn turned into a sand pit full of weeds. Their treatment cards said the lawn was ?great,? but it was clear there were major issues. When I reached out, I was told there was a fungus and that fixing it would cost extra, even though I was already paying thousands for a full-service lawn treatment program. It got so bad that I had to hire another landscaper to reseed and fertilize just to undo the damage. SavATree then came and dumped more fertilizer on top, completely over-treating the lawn. When I asked why they would knowingly do that, I was told they were just following the plan for the year, even if it was harmful. I hired them to take better care of my lawn. Instead, they made it worse and cost me even more money to fix. Stay away if you care about your lawn."

"Wade and his men did a decent job on my lawn. However, I am not rehiring Wade because of how he does business. This is the story: Each week, after they worked on my lawn, Wade placed a bill in my mailbox. I ALWAYS paid it immediately, online, from my bank with a bank check. Then he would send a summary invoice, from time to time. The first invoice I received was accompanied by a statement saying I owed about $700 and that he was reporting me to a credit company. I told him how mistaken he was and showed him my bank statement that included the date of each payment and the amount. He claimed there was confusion with my name as I use two names. But that confusion must have remained with him for the rest of the year as the accusations in writing continued with each invoice, even though I paid right away in full. Once that was cleared one time, you would think they would correct their book keeping. But every single invoice he sent had the same threats and claim that I owed more money, even though I paid each bill in full as soon as I received it. Never an apology or even an admission of being mistaken, or of falsely accusing me. There is more to a business relationship than just doing the work. To have a person I hire mess up their book keeping and not see it or admit it, and to be made victim to the upset of those written accusations that have not one iota of truth, is too upsetting to me to rehire him. I do NOT recommend this company, unless you do not mind being accused even though you pay right away. I rated this company an F because of how they disregarded me and almost caused me to lose my good name and good credit rating. "A good name is chosen above great wealth; good favor over silver and gold." Proverbs 22:1 That is even more important than how they cut a lawn."

Dial Pest Control® opened for business in 1978. In 1985, owners Steve Adams and Jerry Smith purchased the company. The real estate boom of the late 80’s propelled the company into termite certifications and treatments to satisfy mortgage requirements. In 1999, the first "green" initiative offered termite baiting systems over chemical-only treatments. In 2011, a new division was created, MoldCure Pro® to treat homes for mold by using green solutions. In 2012, the business grew exponentially by providing victims of Hurricane Sandy environmentally friendly mold care options. Consumer awareness for green treatments further identified the company as a green provider. In January 2015, the business expanded with the acquisition of Lawn Watch Nature’s Pro., expanding green customer base. In June 2015, Dial Pest Control®, Dial Lawn Watch® and Dial Moldcure Pro® became part of newly formed Dial Environmental®. \nSimply put - We Choose Green First® \nVisit us at www.dialpestcontrol.com.
