Once he did, he had several issues that were supposed to be resolved, but were not. - Deck rails are crooked - Deck boards were cut too short, leaving gaps on the deck - They installed three main deck boards that were warped and defective when replaced, cut too short, and didn t attach to the supports - The bar top is framed wrong, and the ends do not match - Deck spindles were not spaced correctly and now have drilled holes visible - didn t finish step down to the concrete - Hand rails are crooked and have 1 broken spindle - Major slope when you walk out the sliding door - Fascia boards have screw holes not straight or capped - screws on the bar braces were not finished - only picture framed part of the deck"
