"Patrick Andrews did an excellent job. He was friendly and very professional. He explained everything as he went. Took pictures so he could compare if it is needed next check up time. "The fire was located in the kitchen so there was smoke damage and fire damage to cabinets above the cooktop, where the fire originated. The house had the original cabinets installed in 1999. The cabinets were Aristokraft cabinets and custom sized and materials to align to the scheme of the house (oak hardwood cabinets). Initially Teasdale Fenton was working toward replacement since repair was nearly impossible since the cabinets and the styles were no longer produced or available. Teasdale Fenton then consulted with a 3rd party vendor Seam Clarke Clarke Company - This sub contractor installed IKEA cabinets with the original doors. After our unwillingness to pay for the work delivered Teasdale Fenton filed for a mechanics lean on our property. The message was take what you've been give and give us $12K. (again IKEA boxes with the stickers left from IKEA for $12K). Be very cautious doing business with Teasdale Fenton any entity."

"Not well. The young men who came were pleasant, but inexperienced. The job was to sweep AND inspect. They said it did not need sweeping (though we later found out it did) and they asked if we wanted an outside inspection as if it were an add-on. It was raining and I guess they did not want to get wet. They then were delayed sending us a quote and when we asked for one, it was nebulous and prohibitively expensive. Four quotes later we found a company that would do the work needed and not upsell us. We paid $250 effectively for nothing."

"Very rude. Was hired to clean inside and outside windows when business is open. He cleaned the outside windows without being asked to, but left the inside dirty. And demanded payment. I would never pay anyone to clean the outside an leave the inside. That's called half-*****. I was yelled at for telling him my reasons for firing him. I guess he was having a bad day. But very unprofessional. No thank you sir!"
