"The job was to remove a downed limb from my tree; it hadn’t caused any major damage, but it was encroaching on my neighbor’s yard. Tripoli was quick to respond to my request for an estimate; the quote was reasonable. Had to wait because they were dealing with much more pressing tree issues after the storm, but just a little over two weeks wasn’t a bad turnaround.
