"We just had our roof replaced by Platform Construction and Roofing, 817-776-0302 Truly the first firm that were 100% honest, transparent in costs, timely in communications and did excellent work. Top of the line materials: shingles, and gutters. They reworked and stopped a roof leak on our screened in porch that the original installation company never could repair. They did a power wash of our cedar fence and restained. It looks brand new!! We enjoyed getting to know our Project Manager Desmond and his boss Ryan. "A neighbors tree on the property line damaged some of my shingles during a storm. I contacted Landin Roofing through HomeAdvisor and was promptly contacted by Benjamin. I told him about my problem and he was at my house in 15 minutes. By the way this was on the 4th of July! After surveying the issue he quoted me an unbelievably fair price. Before he arrived I had started cutting down some overhanging branches that were responsible for the damage but there were some really big ones I could not reach (I had my left hip replaced 2 weeks previous so could not get on the roof or a ladder for that matter). While on the roof Benjamin took the pole saw and cut down the offending branches for me. He did an outstanding job on the roof repair and I actually had already decided that for such prompt service and being the 4th of July I was going to give him a bonus. "Russell was by far the best contractor we have ever used. Had a roof leak with some hail damage. He came by and looked our roof over and gave us a quote. Also looked over the interior of our home and was able to get our insurance company to repair and paint our ceiling also. He and his crew were at our home within a week. Had the roof done in one day. Gutters were done the following day. Excellent work. Extremely happy. Russell is a really personable man also. Easy to talk to and he will give you multiple options for your needs. We really really trust him. We did have some hail this last year and I asked him if he would come do an inspection. He was there the next day. No damage. "Casey and his team were contacted to fix our roof and were quick to respond, fair in price (not the lowest but not the highest) and were very pleasant to work with. His communication was excellent and he and his team were always on time or early, were professional and did solid work. They fixed the roof and we had them come back a week or so later to do the gutters around the house. Last thing that I feel is extremely important…they took before pics and provided a comprehensive consultation and then he provided after pics explaining again what they did. They also cleaned up after the job was done. They respected our property. 10 out of 10 would recommend."
