"The experience has been wonderful! Cipriano (the owner) is very knowledgeable and so is his crew. This is NOT a "Mow, Blow and Go" operation, C Perez Sprinkler & Landscape does first-rate work for us each and every week. We never have to ask them to do anything, they see what needs to be done and do it. Each guy on the crew is friendly and eager to go above and beyond when I need help moving potted plants, boxes, etc, etc. We have a very old sprinkler system and sprinklers break occasionally. When I notice one is broken, I call Cipriano and he comes right over and fixes the problem. I'm very happy I hired C Perez Sprinkler & Landscape and highly recommend them!"

"Had old fluorescent lights.  This company specializes in replacing those old lights with new LED lighting highlighted by a new, finished, more up to date look along with a crown moulding trim. <br /> These guys KNEW what they were doing.  The job went perfectly and came out great. They had TWO rooms to do (kitchen and pantry) and finished in one day.  Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.  Couldn't be happier with the service and the finished product.  All in all, a wonderful experience. <br />"

"Called Andy out for a landscape plan to show the landscapers. He was pretty booked up but agreed to come out on a Sunday morning because we needed it done quickly. Paid $300 for the consultation and a non-scale drawing to give to landscapers. He has a lot of good ideas, certainly knows his plants and works quickly. We are very happy with the results and would use him again. $300 is dirt cheap (landscape joke) for this type of service. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The only recommendation is that he should bring along an Ipad with pictures of the different flowers and plants. A couple of plants sounded good but when we looked up the pics later they weren't quite right. Still, very happy with Andy and highly recommend him. <br />"

"He was very prompt - actually early, which never happens. The only issue was that the lights only stayed on for about five seconds (I admittedly didn't want them to stay on very long but that was way too short), so I called him and he came right out to adjust them. After the adjustment, they were still staying on the same amount of time, but he texted me, told me how to adjust them myself, and followed up to see if I was successful. "Walt and his assistant Pedro are consummate professionals: they completed all of our projects on schedule and on budget, and were always prompt, neat and courteous. During his initial tour of the house, Walt asked us probing questions about our electrical problems and made several useful suggestions which reduced unnecessary tasks on our to-do-list. Walt also advised us on different types of lighting for the bathroom and wow, were we amazed with our new recessed light. All in all, we were very impressed by Walt and Pedro's thoroughness and how much time they took to do each job right the first time. Everything was just as we expected and more -- like perfect stucco patching and detailed labels for each circuit breaker in the electrical box. "They showed up early, they were nice, professional, helpful and efficient.  I had to make some changes on the fly and they worked with me very easily and helpfully.  It took a bit longer than anticipated due to the poor quality of my existing lights, but they came back a second day and had it finished up very quickly.  They came back when I called to say one light wasn't working and found yet another transformer on my property which they also set.  Excellent customer service. <br />"

He arrived on time and worked within the time frames discussed beforehand. "Sunshine builders planned and designed our outdoor living space and executed it after we approved all the changed and modifications so it will fit exactly to what we wanted to have. At first, we honestly didn’t think that we can get all what we wanted under our budget because it was just too many things in one project. The project that we wanted to do, included a 2 levels patio with space for full BBQ with dining area, sink, refrigerator, counter top and a large stone fire pit with seating area. More than that, we added some plantings spots by building a plats pots, a new grass area, LED solar lighting fixtures, a new driveway and more things. We’ve met and interviewed many contractors and home improvement companies and landscapers over the last few months and none of them was able to compete to Eric’s experience, quality and promise to ensure their work with our expectations. Each one of them had something that caused us to move to the next one in our list and when we met with Eric, we felt that this is the right person for us and for our project.
