"It was fantastic.  We had purchased the Big Deal and he did the cost of the Big Deal and then we came up with a plan for some outdoor projects and he has done a couple of projects since.  For the Big Deal he did a fall clean up, then planted new plants in new beds, redistributing the mulch, moving some other shrubs around.  He listened to what we were looking to have done with our ideas then he walked the property with us, and gave his suggestions to what we thought was the right idea may not be the best ideas for the plants in receiving the light so he took the time to listen to what we had to say walk around the property explain clearly as to what he was looking to do, at what his best recommendations were, gave us recommendations to where to get plants that we were talking about at a good cost and what would be the best plants to put into the ground that late in the season that would come back in the spring.  He told us how to take care of them, he came back to check on them and make sure what they were taking. We at that point talked to him about another job so he would be coming back to look at that job for us.  He will be coming back in the spring for the spring clean up."
