"We needed a stump removed from a tree that had been growing out an old larger tree stump. That older stump was right up against a fence line and they were able to remove both stumps without damaging the fence. It was in a difficult location to reach in our backyard with the equipment but they were able to make it work. The communication was great through the process and the work was very well done."

We had extensive tree trimming done on 4 large trees (he estimated our oak tree at 115 feet), extra maintenance on bushes and removal of small , invasive trees, and fungal treatment of an evergreen. All was done efficiently and in about 5 hours with a competent crew. All branches were put in a chipper and removed, but the most surprising thing of all was they then raked and blew every last leaf and branch up, as well, leaving my yard spotless. "My only problem was that the wood they left behind for me to further cut down to size and cure for my fireplace was in much larger sections than I expected, and that may have been miscommunication on both parts. As I thought it would be broken down far enough that a few larger pieces would need to be split and everything piled up to cure. What happened was the section were solid (entire width of the trunk) and because no one from the family was able to help I am still working on it 3 weeks later. Again, this may have been them meaning one thing and me interpreting it as another, but it is something to clarify with them when you use the service. And as complaints go this is very minor compared to the excellent work they did otherwise."
