He was able to remove stains that other carpet cleaning companies told me were permanent. When I first contacted MCC Services, Rich asked me a ton of questions about what I needed to have cleaned, the type of fabric of my items and what the stains consisted of. I thought at the time, what have I gotten myself into? But that just shows the level of care and pride he takes in his work. After getting quotes from multiple vendors, Hew's Carpet Care responded immediately with an excellent price and recommended we allow him to come out and clean the rug in a bay in our garage to save us money. He was prompt that afternoon and deep cleaned the carpet to pristine condition! He then set up commercial blowers under the carpet and ran them on high all night ro ensure they were dry. He picked up the blowers promptly the next morning, making sure we were pleased with his work. It is great to work with such a professional! We will definitely work with them the next time we need a carpet cleaned!"
