"
They did a superb job for us. It went great. First they came out for a repair, then they gave us a recommendation and a bid. They called in advance and actually sent us pictures of who would be coming ahead of time so we knew who the crew was. When the guys showed up they were clean. Doing the foundation is messy work, but they were as clean as possible and did an excellent job. They told us the basic timeline of how long they would be there and how long the repair would take. They stuck to the timeline and told us what to expect from the repair. We knew before going into it what it was going to cost and what was involved. There were no surprises at all. We knew what to expect and they stuck to the plan. They did an overall great job of reassuring us how it would go and what their product offered.
"

"The remodel went great. We needed a bathroom the was handicapped accessible. We explained this to him and right from the beginning he had some great suggestions and ideas. Any problems that came up he informed us of them right when he spotted it. Al does quality work and is reasonable on cost of labor. All I can say is that the bathroom exceeds our expectations. I will be calling Al again do some more work for us . He is one contractor that I will highly recommend to anyone.
"

"Randolph Development made an estimate on materials and labor, and the final cost was very close to the original estimate. The completed work improved the look of the porch. The company installed two sets of french doors for us last year, and we are pleased with the work."

"I wanted to widen my driveway to add an additional parking space. Todd suggested an alternate plan that would cost less. They relocated the existing gate and part of the fence as well as adding concrete. The finished project looks great and is exactly what I wanted. They hauled away all debris and left the space clean. I would definitely use them again.
"

"John and his crew have placed walls and slabs on a custom build project for me. He provides the highest quality work for a fair price. Over the last 40 years of building I have learned that the lowest bid is generally not the best one.
John has done the work on time, returns calls, responds to issues as soon as possible. His decorative work is fabulous. Some of the best I've seen at the Lake. At a fair price.
Do yourself a favor for trouble free issues on both commercial and residential projects call John Clary Concrete.
"

"Expert House Movers brought a crew of 6-8 & came in late August 2013 to start the process of raising & moving the house. My husband had done all the prep work of disconnecting the utilities & removing the furnace, etc. They dug access ramps to the old foundation/basement with bobcats. They poked good sized holes around the foundation so they could put in steel beams and jack up the house. Our foundation was from 1917 & built from old creek gravel cement, so it was pretty tough. It took three & half days to jack the house & move it over the driveway. It seemed really fast to me. The only thing to fall in the house was a picture off the piano. We still had access to the house through a tall ladder to get clothes, etc. that we needed.
We took over the process of arranging excavation, concrete pouring, and carpenters with more local contractors. Expert does have concrete people & others they use in the St Louis area that know exactly the requirements needed for the new foundation.
After the basement was poured & cured (curing takes about 3-4 weeks), Expert returned in October 2013 to move & set the house. They had been in contact with the concrete man for specifications, but there were no slots for the beams when setting the house down. A concrete worker had to come & cut those slots. We had a carpenter on hand to finish the sill installment & make sure the sills for the permanent beams was correct & set the support posts in the basement. We also had a friend's tractor help Expert's bobcat pull the house back over the foundation. While all this was going on, Expert was jacking and moving supports & placing slider beams & raising & lowering the house. The process was complete in about 2 1/2 days with care & precision. Some of the cracks in our house even disappeared. Great job guys.
Our carpenters returned to build a staircase & some other requirements. We are working on re-connecting utilities & returning the furnace, water heater, etc. to the new basement. We plan to move back into the house in the first week or so in November 2013. It's been a long process, but well worth it. Made possible by Expert House Movers!
"
