On top of that, the original construction had an awkward step-up-step-down landing in front of each doorway, making it impassible to wheelchairs or strollers. He was courteous, and clearly understood the nature of the job and the best way to solve for it. We worked together on a plan to create a rolling walkway that rose to each doorway without covering the foundation vents. He consulted me on every decision from color & finish to drainage. The whole job took 3 or 4 days, including the day to dry, and we are so happy with the result. It looks infinitely better, and is so much easier and safer to navigate.
