There were as many contractors cruising the neighborhood looking for the roofing job as people that lived in Allen, TX! They were everywhere. What to do? I had a 3rd party (not associated with integrity roofing) come in and remove and replace my solar system that was mounted on the roof. The 3rd party gave me all kinds of issues with the reinstall of the solar panels. "Ryan is an excellent communicator staying in touch with us as we were waiting for our new patio cover to be completed. Ryan came out and gave us an estimate. Even though the work was performed months after the estimate (due to problems with the patio cover install), Ryan kept the price the same. When it was time for work to be completed, Ryan was out and had the gutter installed and existing gutters repaired in a short period of time. We had wanted one additional downspout (that we added after the bid) but Ryan didn't have the matching color so he came back two days later to install the new downspout. The gutters look great and work well. Ryan was professional and thorough. We will hire him again if we need repairs or replacements.
