They were here exactly when they said they would be, did everything they promised, and cleaned everything up when they finished. Even when I suggested they could skip steps, he insisted on doing everything properly, including completely digging out a huge tree root, adding color to minimize differences with the existing concrete, and laying rebar."

When Marc gave me the estimate, he was able to explain what the notice from the city meant as well as how to talk to the inspector about some work that the city wanted me to do that he thought was unecessary. With this knowledge, I was able to get the city to amend the permit and bring the cost of the work down. Marc's guys did the work efficiently and well. My sidewalk looks better than the sidewalks in front of other houses. The overall cost was also less than what the city wanted to charge me to do the replacement and less than all the other estimates I received. <br /> Marc is a little slow at returning phone calls but his price is the best and the work is great, so having a little patience for him to get back to you (which he always does) is well worth it. <br />"

I Contacted Mike and he came out to my property to see the job site and discuss what I wanted (a large circular pad to accommodate a heavy water storage tank.. He provided his thoughts on the project and then an estimate to get the job done. Based upon my friends review and what I saw in other reviews, I accepted Mike's estimate and hired him to do the job. He gave me a date and time that the 2-day job would begin. He arrived on-time as did his workers. Mike did some necessary tractor work clearing and leveling the area, his crew set about making forms and creating rebar framework. The following day Mike and his team arrived promptly and began the pour and then finishing work. I couldn't be happier with the results and the experience of working with Mike and his crew was enjoyable. Very nice, honest and hard working people.
