After the 1st cleaning my mother made the check out to "Queen of clean", After the 2nd cleaning the worker told my senior mother to make the check out to the worker and not the company. Sounds fishy, my mother was not happy with the 2nd visit cleaning, she felt it was just not adequate not the "A" rating that we were expecting after previous reviews."

Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited.
