"Ken, Matt, and Joe did a great job. I purchased their service/panel upgrade via Angie's List. I had spoken to Ken prior to the purchase and everything was great. He is a genuinely nice guy who takes pride in his work. The scheduling process was easy, working around my hectic schedule. He answered all of my questions (lots of them). Ken and Matt came on time and started working immediately. Matt began on the service drop/meter pan while Ken began on the panel. Within about 4 hours, power was back on and they were wrapping up. "Jeffrey was very prompt in responding to my initial call and was able to give me a quick and reasonable estimate over the phone for the installation of a ceiling fan with light. The space previously had a bare ceiling. He was flexible with his schedule and was able to complete the work the following week. He and his assistant Chris were polite, clean, and did solid work in a timely manner. Upon completion, I asked Jeffrey about another, more challenging project of installing two additional ceiling fans in a space with a 15' cathedral ceiling. Again, he was able to quickly give me a reasonable quote and did not bat an eye at the difficulty of the job. Other electricians I have asked have refused the project just upon hearing the height of the ceilings.
