"Beyond Zero Stars. This is the 3rd time they messed up our carpet. 1st time we let it slide. 2nd time he claimed it was a new guy.. If so why in the hell was he here to do the job UNSUPERVISED if he didn't know yet what he is doing.. And 3rd time (this time) we complained.. This time he got very b*itching at my wife on the phone.. Unprofessional.. Wouldn't even give one star.. Didn't even do the kitchen AT ALL.. At the end of the call he says all ticked off "don't call for our services again".. Guess what we ain't effin stupid.. What doesn't make sense is in the world of online reviews why in the heck don't people do their job.. Then if they don't the ones who didn't do they job get all p*ssed off like wondering why we are upset??
