You keep raising our goals so we bring the company in more money but no matter what we still make the same amount. If our goal is 30k and we hit 100% to goal we still make the same amount as if our goal is 50k and hit 100% to goal. We are working harder and bringing in the company more money but are not making more. It is not motivating.

"These guys are the best in the biz. They got our whole house packed, boxes and furniture, in under 3 hours. And they got it all on one truck. They all had great attitudes, super work ethics, and superb manners. They had that same "can do" spirit upon arrival for the unpacking and hauling everything up two flights of stairs. They never complained, asked for breaks, or slowed their pace. They didn't stop until 9:30. And they all rejoiced over this amazing job they had accomplished!
