"We hired Guardian to install our security system at our Washington, DC, business. The service and quality of the work was horrible. We had cameras and an alarm system installed; it was a relatively large system. They outsource most of the work to various vendors. They could not manage their vendors; what was supposed to take a week took two months. The sales rep did not return calls, and you could never get anyone in management on the phone. Random people would show up at unannounced times. The few things that an actual Guardian employee did were they made a huge mess of our newly remodeled office and were rude to our staff. We have offices in five markets across the US and have high security at each; we have never had such a poor experience."

"I love Ace! This is a 1950s house with one of those low voltage switching systems that is failing. Other electricians would insist that the house had to be completely rewired in 8 rooms, which would be tens of thousands of dollars. I found Ace and asked them to help us avoid the rewiring, and bypass the switching system. They installed new wireless switches and in-line receivers to control all the overhead lights in 8 rooms. It worked perfectly and at a very small fraction of what rewiring would have cost. Chad and his crew were very prompt and professional, knowledgeable and service-oriented. Everyone that I dealt with in the office, from scheduling to billing, was great as well. On top of all that, I was way out of town and had to coordinate all the appointments and even some of the work remotely. Highest recommendation."

"Terrible company that does not stand behind their work. The owner Ken is nothing short of a bald faced liar. I had this company do 2 different commercial jobs and they screwed them both up. One they fixed after we chased them for months and the other they refused to fix even after it became apparent that their crew hadn't cleaned or prepped the walls properly which caused the paint to start flaking off within a month or so of the completion date. Ken was full of hot air and excuses and even tried to blame Sherwin Williams paint for their subpar work. They have been paid in full and yet they still refuse to fix their mistake. Classic example of a company that doesn't desire to be in business."
