"I highly recommend Mr. Roof to replace your roof. Paul is an expert. He evaluated our roof and provided a recommendation to us. He chose a new roof asphalt color that matched our 15 year old garage. Our house was built in 1926 and it had four previous roofs that needed removed. Those layers were a shingle roof, two asphalt tile roofs and a cedar shake roof all on a layers of strip wood. He had his team remove that four layered roof. Then he applied plywood sheathing. Then they expertly laid down asphalt shingles. The crew was clean, safe efficient and worked quietly and quickly. Mr. Roof's crew kept the yard very neat and they left the yard immaculate. We appreciated Mr. Roof's expert roof replacement job. They were able to get us scheduled during a good weather window. "I want to thank Avi and his team for helping me stay within budget and fixing a terrible roof leakage. Not only that, but his team also found another area of my roof that was severely damp and needed repair with a new covering. Avi contacted me before repairing any additional findings and informed me of the issue, why it was important to repair, and the cost to fix it. I, of course, moved forward with the repair and pictures were taken to show the changes. The only reason I give them a 4 star rating is due to the confusion of being able to also clean the roof. At the beginning, I had asked for the repair of roof, a vent repair, and a cleaning of the roof (removing moss and using a powder to keep it from growing back). All of it was done including the additional repair, but the roof cleaning was not done to the expectation that was described to me. Multiple parts of the roof were missed and sadly, not all moss was removed. Because my roof is very steep, Avi made the decision to refund me a majority of the cost back for the cleaning, which I appreciated greatly. Though now I have to look for another roof cleaner. :( The rest of their work was beautiful and I truly felt like Avi cares for the work he and his team do. I mean, he even came back a few days later to show me all the changes when I requested it. If it came down to it, I would likely ask for their help again for any roof repair or complete replacement. :)"

"They arrived on time. I asked them to cover the roof where the leaks were located with tarps. I explained the house would be demolished eventually so a roof repair was unnecessary. They didn't argue, instead they inspected the roof and located the leaks very quickly. They installed tarps, sprayed the black mold that had formed and used plywood to secure a waterlogged area of the ceiling. They did precisely what I had asked for and charged a reasonable amount. I will hire them again."
